Annual Blueberry Fun Run and Road Race

The 2012 Annual Blueberry 1-Mile Fun Run and 5-Mile Road Race will start at the District Attorney's office building, 46 Court St., on Saturday, August 18. Registration is at the Hemingway Annex (The Living Room) on Court Street beginning at 6:30 a.m. Both races start at 8 a.m.
Registration fees are as follows:
children, 1-mile race, $5
adults, 1-mile race, $10
adults, 5-mile race, $15
This race is a 5-mile TAC-Certified (#ME8801GN) scenic, hilly loop course. We encourage people of all ages to join in!

Shirts will be given to the first 75 people to register in the 5-Mile Race by July 1, 2012. Shirts will be given to the first 50 to register in the 1-Mile Race by July 1, 2012.
Awards
Awards for the 1-Mile Race:
Top two male and female age 8 and younger, 9-10 and 11-13.
Awards for the 5-Mile Race:
Top three male and female overall. Top male and female ages 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older. First walker and first wheelchair user.
Team Awards:
First and second male and female teams.
All teams MUST pre-register. An unlimited number may register. Top three score by place of finish. Ties to be determined by fastest cumulative times.
